Description

As an Advanced Analytics Researcher at Complete Decisions, you will manage a team of programmers developing innovative data mining and decision making software for our analytical solutions. You and your team will develop algorithms in the area of data mining and knowledge discovery. You will mentor team members in development activities and direct relevant data mining research as it relates to product development. This includes supervising development of high performance data mining functionality. You will also contribute to product documentation; and help develop materials for internal and external users and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

- Ph. D degree in Computer Science (or related sciences). An equivalent combination of related education, training, and experience may be considered.

- Experience in 3+ years of software development and programming experience with one of the object-oriented-programming languages. 

- Experience in 2+ years of a technical leadership role, such as team leader or mentor.

- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills. 

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to develop creative solutions to complex technical problems.

- Development experience working with distributed algorithms.

- Candidate must be a U.S. citizen or U.S permanent resident (Green card holder).
